A simple movement you can do sitting or standing.

Try the movement
  1. Let your arms hang loose. Slowly lift both shoulders towards your ears.
  2. Roll them back and down in a circle that feels comfortable.
  3. Repeat ten times backwards, then ten times forwards.

A short break for hands that have been typing or gripping.

Try the movement
  1. Hold your arms in front of you at a comfortable height.
  2. Slowly circle both wrists five times in each direction.
  3. Open your fingers wide, then close them into soft fists. Repeat five times.

Try the movement
  1. Stand behind a chair and rest one hand lightly on its back.
  2. Place your feet under your hips and soften your knees.
  3. Lift the crown of your head towards the ceiling. Breathe here without straining.
